The Terrace Bar at Sevva is one classy cocktail spot. On the 25th floor penthouse of the Prince’s Building, these are pretty unbeatable 360-degree views of the harbour and some of the city's most iconic buildings. Attracting a constant stream of the crème de la crème of Hong Kong's jet-set crowd, it should be high on the list (literally) for any first time visitor.

The ambience is always electric and the extensive cocktail list is pretty unique. Alongside all the classics, Sevva goes off piste with 'Something Savoury, Something Different' with the likes of Bull Shots – beef consommé with a dash of spice and a shot of vodka. Been overdoing it? Then come here for a detox (we try…occasionally, for a day) and righteously tuck into the inspired mocktail list.

The Terrace Bar is just one of a number of bars and restaurants within Sevva, a 13,000-square-foot entertainment complex. They have an incredible cake and chocolate shop and are touted as one of the best spots for afternoon tea, obviously drink Champagne with your gateaux.
