Slip off Hackney Road and keep your eyes peeled for the dark yard with an RV parked up inside. In you go, peel yourself into a rubber jump suit and get ready to do some science, Breaking Bad Style. Don't have a clue? Shout ‘B*tch!’ a lot and you’ll fit right in.

It’s a raucous lab-vibe with bare light bulbs, test tubes, mysterious jars lining the walls, loads of hissing smoke and shouty staff. Expect weird instruments and instructions to make smokin’ dry ice and bubbles– finally BarChick gets to go rogue with the drinks. Awesome cocktails - your senses won’t know what’s hit ‘em.

You can count on the cocktail list to be badass whenever you visit. When BarChick rocked up we were all over I Fucked Ted - it was great, with rye whisky, sweet vermouth and tea noir Manhattan, using nitrogen cavitation to infuse your drink with cocoa nibs. Then there's Walter Jr Breakfast - looks like breakfast cereal with Kahlua-infused Rice Krispies, which you infuse with cinnamon dry ice - watch it bubble up baby!

There’s only enough for about 20 peeps in the van – so you can see why they’re so sh*t hot on the strict two-hour table slot.  Sure you'll be a bit sweaty in a rubber suit but you ain’t gonna find many drinking dens as weird, rowdy and epic as this one.
