Medicinal mixology seems to be having a bit of a renaissance and head bartender Alex Harris is pulling out all the stops to ensure he's well on that wagon. The drinks have a kind of bespoke and health-conscious philosophy, their speed rails are stocked with spirits from small-batch distillers and their cocktails are stripped of any sh*t like artificial additives, colouring or flavours.
