This intimate Manchester hangout has it all; a late licence, a back bar crammed with an insane collection of liquors from around the world, food, deals and bad ass tunes. It's all bare brickwork in here, with vintage liquor store signage and photos of music greats like the Gallaghers and The Bee Gees donning the walls and watching you drink.

The cocktail list is a big one with classics to quirky, placed under the categories "from the top shelf", "from the books", "from the cooler" and "from the juke box"... with a special selection each week "from under the counter". We liked the Liquor Store Old Fashioned; the usual classic recipe but with the addition of some homemade salted caramel syrup... banging!

They've got deli boards available to keep you going from day into night when the music is cranked up a notch until the early hours, expect indie and classic rock. This place is open until 3am, 7 days a week, hell yeh - Manchester knows how to party alright! On a budget? Get down at 5pm for their happy days offer of 50% off drinks and sharing platters 5pm-8pm… boom!
