For a country that’s not so famous for its food, it was a relief to see the burger scene is alive and kicking in Prague. Dish serves a creative menu of burgers, cocktails, beer and wines in Vinohrady.

Made up of two small, simple rooms with wooden tables and not much else, it's clear these guys are all about the burgers. Brave burger fans should try the Olomouc & Porto, made with some stinky Moravian cheese, caramelised onions and port wine, or for the traditionalists the Dish Burger is excellent, seriously good. This is a burger joint that could hold its own in the geek-ed out world of London's current burger wars, and the fries may just be the best in Prague.

All this can be washed down with local beers, wines and some pretty awesome cocktails (hells yeah Bloody Smokys - a Bloody Mary with vodka AND whisky. Hangover who?), a laid back attitude, candle-lit tables and vintage plates we'll be back, and soon.
