It's usually packed in here with its fun loyal regulars, and we can see why. Prague's Hemingway Bar shows up on many a 'World's Best Bar' list, and the staff are some of the best in the business.

You'd be mad to come here and not drink at least one Hemingway Daiquiri. This bar's selection of rums is incredible, with over 200 to choose from, as is their selection of Mr Hemingway's other favourite spirit, absinthe. If you've never had absinthe prepared traditionally this is the place start, you're in excellent hands.

Sink into a leather sofa for an after dinner cigar with friends, or sit at the bar and watch those bartending men at work. Serious rum fans should order the 'tasting experience', where samples of rum are served with pairings of chocolate, nuts and dried fruit, or go all out and join their Rum Club and be treated to regular free lectures on all things rum.
