Welcome to one of Rio’s finer wine bars. It’s like little Italy in here, with its Italian style red brick and wooden floors plus they serve all sorts of homemade pastas and carpaccio. Brits might think it’s a little Pitcher and Piano in atmosphere and sparse interior, but hey you're not in West London, you are in Brazil so go with it, it’s kinda novel to have a break from the carnage and cachaca. The staff are friendly but make sure you get one of the sommeliers on the floor as they actually know what they are talking about when it comes to wine. Filled with after work drinkers, it’s a happy medium between work ending and dinner starting.

A great place to catch up with a mate or get down to business, but don’t expect tequila shots or Latin dancing: it just ain’t that kinda party.
