Where are you currently working? 

I'm currently running our own place called Tayēr + Elementary in Old Street with Monica Berg. Elementary is all-day bar serving tasty seasonal drinks, bottomless coffee and delicious snacks. Tayēr is progressive bar exploring ingredients and serving thoughtful drinks and delicious food by TATA eatery. Our kitchen counter is a intimate and personal experience, where guests enjoy ever-changing menu based on what’s available from our fisherman, farmers and growers.

What is your favourite cocktail?

My favourite cocktail is Negroni

Ever had a bad-ass/rock n roll bartending moment?

Plenty, most of them impossible to publish… 

Where will we find you on your nights off?

Opening our own venue was very exhausting indeed; on my night off I can be found on my sofa

Bottomless Pilsner Urquell

What is your hangover cure?

Drink 3 litres of water before going to sleep… in the morning Beer, Berroca + Bloody Mary 

If you were gonna create a cocktail for BarChick, what would you make?

One Sip Martini at Elementary consisting of our own Tayēr vodka, sherry and ambrato vermouth served with Gorgonzola stuffed olives
