I was at Steam & Rye, and then I set up The Cocktail Trading Co.
The London Cocktail Club (for a party), Happiness Forgets (because it’s simply amazing), Cafe Pacifico (because the beer is always ice cold) and of course The Cocktail Trading Co.
Long Island Ice Tea. All the major food groups in one place.
The time we ended up having a naked party. One minute we were bar tending, the next minute everyone is in their birthday suits - and I do mean everyone. The CCTV footage must have been epic!
Do fish live in water?
I hope one day in the not so distant future, to open my own bar and consultancy company.
Best: "I only have a week to live, so what do you say?". Worst: "I have 20 grand in the bank"
Topping up a Tommies Margarita with Red Bull actually tastes really good.
It would have to be a sharing cocktail: Cariel Vanilla Vodka Funkin’ passion fruit puree Vanilla sugar Champagne Served in a really big glass and called "2 Girls, 1 Cup"
Very wet, with a twist and Gin.
A Chef, then I saw Cocktail and realised that was a much better option!
