The cocktail would be called ‘Milady’! The recipe is something like this: Muddle 1 slice of pineapple with ½ sprig of fresh rosemary and a 10ml sugar syrup. Add 60 ml of Absolut Vanilla Vodka and 20 ml of coconut syrup. Shake it hard and pour it over ice (using double strain, just in case). Top it with sparkling soda water. Garnish with pineapple triangle/leaf on the edge of a highball glass.
