I was working at Charlotte's Bistro in Chiswick, W4 - converted to West London from the East! But more recently I became a published author after writing the Mixology Handbook!

FAVORITE BARS?

I love the atmosphere, the staff and the drinks at Happiness Forgets on Hoxton Square. Brilliant!!

FAVOURITE DRINK?

Green tea in the morning and a Gin Martini in the evening.

Bad ass barman/rock n roll moment?

Believe it or not, I served Daniel Craig the original Vesper Martini.

Ever done it on a bar?

I am open to any proposition...

Tell us a secret or something we don't know?

Come to Chiswick and chat to me and my bartenders for a couple of hours over a cocktail or four. I'm sure we'll find something!

If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?

For BarChick, I`d use some of our homemade lemon jam, Bistro's brand new Gin Lemoncello, a touch of lemon juice - shaken with a good measure of Ilegal Mezcal Reposado and call it the "Morning Sunshine".

How do you like your Martini?

A few weeks ago we received by courier a bottle of Herno gin, randomly sent from Sweden. A fantastic intense juniper driven gin, served very, very dry with a twist.

What did you want to be as a kid?

Honestly I don't remember, but I am sure that like every kid of my generation, I wanted to be a Ninja Turtle.
