The bar I’m at, the one I’m going to and the one where I left my hat last night… But really though, right now?

North – El Camion / Pepito, South – Sorry, No Vacancies, East – Satan’s Whiskers, West – The Shop NW10

FAVOURITE DRINK?

Whiskey and ginger ale with a shot of something on the side ta very much.

Bad ass barman/rock n roll moment?

Performing a duel with Champagne corks at Henley Regatta, drinking games with Dirty Sanchez at Beach Break, cheering Prince Harry up with some questionable banter after his horse popped it’s shoes in the first chukka, take your pick - they happen everyday.

What's next for you?

The same, but this time bigger, busier and hopefully more refined. I’m supposed to be growing wiser after all.

Best/worst chat up lines you've heard at a bar?

If they’re lines they’re best kept to stage and screen. Spontaneous wittiness is key.

If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?

Something classy and unashamedly English... Once Bitten: Quintessentially Vodka Cider vinegar Cloudy Apple juice Pear Puree English sparkling Garnish with a rose.

How do you like your Martini?

I’d prefer a Martinez, thanks. 1 part Old Tom gin, 2 parts sweet Vermouth, 1 bar spoon Dry Curacao and a dash of Angostura Bitters. Garnished with a very thin lemon wheel if you please.

What did you want to be as a kid?

Hobbit, Paleontologist or Ninja Monkey
