WHERE ARE YOU FROM?

Liverpool though I keep swapping between there and Chester but am dead scouse an that laaaaa...so i'm told

WHERE DO YOU/HAVE YOU WORKED?

I was a wee Living Room lad for many many years (when it was good) moved to a tiki bar in Chester (I know, I know) and have spent the last two and a bit years at a lovely canalside bistro in Chester called Artichoke!

FAVORITE BARS?

Berry & Rye and Jenny's Bar in Liverpool, Neon Catus in Leeds, and Epernay Manchester always make me smile!

FAVOURITE DRINK?

Not arsed how poncy it makes me but I love a French 75!!

Bad ass barman/rock n roll moment?

I did once get Robbie Fowler aka God to tell a rude "gentlemen" to F**K OFF for not having any manners...oh and I made a drink on the London Eye, that was pretty cool.

Ever done it on a bar?

I offer one piece of advice...always empty your speed rail!!

What's next for you?

Whisky Whisky and Whisky...I'm working with some great people in Liverpool to open up a bespoke whisky and bar equipment shop, tastings, pairings the works!! All under the name 'Whisky Business'

Best/worst chat up lines you've heard at a bar?

Dunno if it counts but I did over hear a WAG once announce "I don't know who you think you are...people only know you cos you hang round with me." Cutting!! I've also heard someone say on a fair few occasions “I drink rum, I grow beards and I F*ck” and it work!

Tell us a secret or something we don't know?

I used to drink Smirnoff Ice...a lot!

If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?

45ml Auchentoshan Three Wood, 15ml Laphroaig Quarter Cask stirred down with Fee Brothers black walnut bitters.

How do you like your Martini?

Made with whisky but if you insist I'll take a Gibson!

What did you want to be as a kid?

A chef but then I realised kitchens were hot and bars were full of women and booze!
