What's next for you?

I love the industry I work in and I’m ambitious so I’ll push to go far. I’m really excited about my role as head bartender at Bar 45. It’s set to be a very exciting place.

Tell us a secret or something we don't know?

 I don’t really handle alcohol very well.

If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?

 It will be The Fashionable: martini stile cocktail with 50 ml Tanqueray 10; 20 ml Martini Gold; 20 ml grapefruit juice; dash of grapefruit bitter. Shake all ingredients and strain into a martini glass.
