Worked at Epernay, Manchester , then was at Cuckoo. Now I work at Arbiki Distillery.

The worst.. Didn't know Lucy Liu worked here!!!???!!!! Not had a good one yet...they're all too bloody cheesy for my liking.

If you were to make a barchick cocktail, what would you put in it?

'Hey Girl!' 50ml City Of London Gin, 20ml Blossoms Sour Cherry Syrup, 50ml Watermelon Juice, 3 Dashes of The Bitter Truth Rose Water, 25ml Lemon Juice, Egg White and Popping Candy (on the foam of the drink) and a Watermelon Gin Jelly Garnish (made from a lime wedge)

How do you like your Martini?

Dirty and Wet!! Half Gin Mare and half Warner Edwards..With a side portion of blue cheese..

What did you want to be as a kid?

I wanted to be Olivia Newton-John
