Look out for this hot new Dalston bar, which sits subtly on Kingsland Road. Max Venning (previously ops manager at Tony Conigliaro's Drinks Factory) has teamed up with his bro to revamp the place. Since taking over a month ago they've been trading as it was, but they have new ideas so are going to reopen late September with a new name and throw in some killer cocktails to boot. It's a low-key, relaxed affair - think neighbourhood bar vibe. There'll be Dalston-style exposed brick, with a contrasting long square marble bar. Drinks-wise, we're excited for the ‘French 75’ with Gin, Clarified lemon, Verjus, Moscato, Orange Flower, the whole drink will be carbonated then served it straight from a Champagne bottle.

6. The Laughing Heart
Opens: NOW
New, late-night and a wine bar - it’s got Charlie Mellor (from Elliot’s and Primeur) at the helm. Head chef Tom Anglesea from Chiltern Firehouse on the food. And Cedric Maillard (ex Head Sommelier at Sager + Wilde) on the grapes. Who’s laughing now? Downstairs there’s a basement wine shop where you can pick yourself a badass bottle. If all that makes you thirsty get upstairs to the 40-seater wine bar because – and this is wild – the kitchen’s open ’til 1am. Expect to find some high-flying bar folk hanging here after hours.  Message BarChick Concierge and we’ll hook up your table.

7. The Beautiful Pizza Boy Opens: NOW Peckham’s rocking a new cocktail/pizza joint. It’s by the guys who brought us Pedler and Little Bird Gin (we’re forever grateful) and is well worth getting on the overground for. Black and white tiled retro floors, palm print paper and low lights set the tone and pizzas that are some of the best BarChick’s tasted, and we’ve had a lot. Top that with delicious snacks and homemade gelati. Belissiomo! But what else would you expect from a head Chef called Gino? 182 Bellenden Rd, London SE15 4BW 8. Every Cloud Opens: NOW Hackney Central has a tiny new bar that we love big time. Headed up by Felix Cohen (behind Manhattan Project) – so you know to expect some pretty special mixology… Inside think snug and classy, with pineapple wall papers – because what self respecting bar doesn’t have a pineapple mascot? BarChick’ll have a Champagne daiquiri, made with Champagne acid (YES), fruit sugar, and Havana 7 rum – not quite a daiquiri, not quite Champagne but something pretty epic inbetween. 11 Morning Lane, London, United Kingdom, E9 6ND every-cloud   9. Bourne & Hollingsworth new look + menu Opens: NOW The place has just had a revamp, so think less of the old Grandma-chic style, and more vibrant colours, with mismatched boho-style patterns – there’s a lot going on. To match its snazzier look, the place is moving away from its retro cocktails in teacups and is more about flamboyant takes on the classics, for example – there ‘s the Popstar Martini with its passionfruit champagne jelly or the ‘Blue Wray’ falernum-laced Heisenberg Daiquiri. 28 Rathbone Place, London, W1T 1JF 10. Ember Just when your Insta-feed was drying out - along comes this hot new  Pan-Asian bar to shake things up. We love the Electric Daisy - with a palette cleanser served in a lightbulb, before you wash down the second part - Kitsune, a cocktail of dark rum, banana-infused Campari and pineapple-infused Vermouth. Team that up with some delicious steamed buns, with Eight-hour-braised mirin beef and you're all set for date night. 1a Pudding Lane, London EC3R 8AB   You should also check out: All the cool sh*t going on in London this October Where to go on a Tinder date Where to book your Christmas party" ["post_title"]=> string(40) "10 Hot New London Bars To Try This Month" ["post_excerpt"]=> string(0) "" ["post_status"]=> string(7) "publish" ["comment_status"]=> string(6) "closed" ["ping_status"]=> string(6) "closed" ["post_password"]=> string(0) "" ["post_name"]=> string(53) "new-london-bars-opening-this-month-new-bars-in-london" ["to_ping"]=> string(0) "" ["pinged"]=> string(0) "" ["post_modified"]=> string(19) "2016-10-26 12:57:17" ["post_modified_gmt"]=> string(19) "2016-10-26 11:57:17" ["post_content_filtered"]=> string(0) "" ["post_parent"]=> int(0) ["guid"]=> string(32) "http://www.barchick.com/?p=59120" ["menu_order"]=> int(0) ["post_type"]=> string(4) "post" ["post_mime_type"]=> string(0) "" ["comment_count"]=> string(1) "0" ["filter"]=> string(3) "raw" } ["queried_object_id"]=> int(59120) ["request"]=> string(230) "SELECT wp_posts.* FROM wp_posts WHERE 1=1 AND wp_posts.post_name = 'new-london-bars-opening-this-month-new-bars-in-london' AND post_modified > FROM_UNIXTIME(0) AND wp_posts.post_type = 'post' ORDER BY wp_posts.post_date DESC " ["posts"]=> &array(1) { [0]=> object(WP_Post)#1118 (24) { ["ID"]=> int(59120) ["post_author"]=> string(1) "4" ["post_date"]=> string(19) "2016-10-06 10:00:06" ["post_date_gmt"]=> string(19) "2016-10-06 09:00:06" ["post_content"]=> string(9445) "1. Swift Opens: TBC A hot new Soho bar from two world class bartending power couples - Bobby Hiddleston and Mia Johansson (London’s Milk & Honey and NYC’s The Dead Rabbit) are teaming up with fellow husband and wife team Edmund Weil and Rosie Stimpson (Nightjar & Oriole) to launch this bar on the legendary former LAB bar site. You can expect to be hanging out with some bar industry types after their late-night shifts. Playing every Arsenal game with two large screens, you can most likely expect a football-loving crowd on match days too. There’s no kitchen just yet, but you can order in pizza from Yard Sale – until they sort something in-house out. Plus the live music vibe lives on, with musicians and late-night DJs.

5. Three Sheets

Open: NOW

Look out for this hot new Dalston bar, which sits subtly on Kingsland Road. Max Venning (previously ops manager at Tony Conigliaro’s Drinks Factory) has teamed up with his bro to revamp the place. Since taking over a month ago they’ve been trading as it was, but they have new ideas so are going to reopen late September with a new name and throw in some killer cocktails to boot. It’s a low-key, relaxed affair – think neighbourhood bar vibe. There’ll be Dalston-style exposed brick, with a contrasting long square marble bar. Drinks-wise, we’re excited for the ‘French 75’ with Gin, Clarified lemon, Verjus, Moscato, Orange Flower, the whole drink will be carbonated then served it straight from a Champagne bottle.

6. The Laughing Heart
Opens: NOW

New, late-night and a wine bar – it’s got Charlie Mellor (from Elliot’s and Primeur) at the helm.

7. The Beautiful Pizza Boy

Opens: NOW

Peckham’s rocking a new cocktail/pizza joint.

8. Every Cloud

Opens: NOW

Hackney Central has a tiny new bar that we love big time.

9. Bourne & Hollingsworth new look + menu

Opens: NOW

The place has just had a revamp, so think less of the old Grandma-chic style, and more vibrant colours, with mismatched boho-style patterns – there’s a lot going on.

10. Ember

Just when your Insta-feed was drying out – along comes this hot new  Pan-Asian bar to shake things up. We love the Electric Daisy – with a palette cleanser served in a lightbulb, before you wash down the second part – Kitsune, a cocktail of dark rum, banana-infused Campari and pineapple-infused Vermouth. Team that up with some delicious steamed buns, with Eight-hour-braised mirin beef and you’re all set for date night.
