1. Half price tickets to Meet the Widow at Aqua Nueva

Bourne & Hollingsworth are the London party legends and this is set to be one hell of a Halloween bash. 9. Kaspar’s at The Savoy

Wildcard. Book the swanky private dining room for 13 at Kaspar’s for a five-course dinner party. The fixation on 13 comes from an ill-fated story where a superstitious guest announced that death would come to the first person to leave the unlucky table of 13. South African diamond magnate Woolf Joel took that risk and was shot dead in Johannesburg a few weeks later. If you’re the superstitious type, get Kaspar the three-foot high cat to join you. Dishes on the menu include Black deviled risotto, Smoky green crushed ice and Pumpkin Pie. No plastic skulls or witch hats, think more Eyes Wide Shut – you’re in the Savoy after all.

Saturday 29th and Monday 31st October // £1313.13 for a table of 13 guests (including Kaspar) // The Savoy, Strand, London WC2R 0EU
