Honey Old Fashioned
45ml Mount Gay XO
1 teaspoon honey
2 dashes Angostura bitters
45ml hot water
Orange peel
Pour all ingredients into an Old Fashioned glass, then stir until the honey dissolves. Express the orange peel, then serve.
