Say ciao to an absolute legend of the aperitivo scene. Cocchi have been producing aromatised wines in Piedmont, Italy, since 1891, when founder Giulio Cocchi developed his iconic Vermouth di Torino. This famous vermouth is still made using the same recipe today, alongside an epic range of aperitifs and sparkling wines. 

While the exact spec for Cocchi Vermouth di Torino is a closely guarded family secret, one sip will flood your senses with herbal and fruity notes (hello, raspberries) and a lush hint of chocolate. No wonder it’s a key ingredient in some of our fave classic cocktails - including the Negroni, naturally…
