Built in 2014, the Ramsbury Distillery is part of an estate set on 19,000 acres of lush land, complete with vast fields of winter wheat, a sparkling lake and an orchard. Yep, it’s scenic AF - but Ramsbury ain’t just another pretty face. Each element of this stunning landscape plays a crucial role in creating some amazing spirits. The winter wheat is the base of its top-notch gin and vodka; Ramsbury’s own chalk-filtered water is used for distillation; and quince from the orchard is a key botanical in the gin. That’s what we mean when we say “single estate spirits” - booze made from ingredients grown almost entirely on Ramsbury’s land. Boom.

Fill a copa de balón glass with ice and add the gin. Top up with tonic, garnish and get sippin’, sugar.
*To make the honey syrup: Add equal parts honey and water in a small saucepan and heat until the honey has dissolved. Store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.
Fill a highball glass with ice and add the vodka, lemon juice and honey syrup. Top up with soda water and garnish. Bee-autiful!
