BarChick’s April 2014 Hotlist

Wanna make like BarChick this April? Here’s a little insight into our antics. Get the diary out. Hill & Szrok Master Butcher and Cookshop Butchers by day and Cookshop by night, this two-in-one venture is the brain child of young entrepreneur Lucas Mathisziglee (previously of The Three Crowns and The Eagle). Expect a fuss-free, honest menu offering the very best meat from the butcher while the cook utilizes every inch of the quality produce. This is one for the meat lover looking to reclaim a bit of old school authenticity on a boozy Broadway Market. 60 Broadway Market, London E8 4QJ Super Hands - 4th April Open for 8 weeks only, this small, dark, pop-up bar in the heart of Clapton will be providing a carefully selected menu of unique cocktails, craft beers and off-piste wines. Hit it on the opening weekend for Super Hour, rendering all cocktails only a tenner. 112 Lower Clapton Road, London, E5 0QR Mode Taking over the old Supper Club space in Notting Hill, Mode is the opening of the year.
