Tanya’s Café, a raw food mecca situated within the My Hotel in Chelsea has launched Europe’s first superfood cocktail bar which may (or may not) result in a hangover free tomorrow. Word on the street is that adding chia seeds to your booze could help fight a hangover as they hold 10 times their weight in water thus keeping you hydrated… is it too good to be true?

Using Tanya’s cold press juices, fresh fruit, natural bitters and unrefined sugars this is one way to feel better about hitting the bevs before noon. The Pina Colada (Havana 3, Ceylon Arrack, coconut water, hemp seeds, pineapple juice, coconut palm sugar and coconut butter) is a decent reinvention of the classic and the What The Doctor Ordered (Sacred Vodka, lemon, beets, carrots, sweet potato, raw honey, ginger lavender bitters and chia seeds) promises to keep you running on premium all night.
