Selection of 5 cocktails per person.
Half a bottle of wine per person and bottled water.

One fully functioning bar:
All spirits and mixers, ice and ice bucket, garnishes, bar mats, bar accessories & a portable bar.
Glassware, crockery, cutlery for all courses, table cloth & napkins.

There's a whole range of food to choose from but to give you an idea you could start off with some pre-dinner canapés like burrata and grilled courgette rolls with pea shoots, apple and fennel, or Thai soft rolls with fragrant herbs. Move onto the shellfish cocktail dish paired with a honey flower cocktail, then tuck into some roast Norfolk turkey with all the trimmings and a Bulleit bourbon cocktail. Finish with a Christmas pudding soufflé with a Zacapa Old Fashioned. Full? Well there's always the after-dinner cocktails and a cheese course.
