1. Get three glasses of wine for a fiver - seriously

Usually a glass of wine in London costs about half your day's earnings. Well, during wine week you can get a flight of three different wines for a fiver - in some of BarChick's favourite bars all over the city. Find out who's serving up the magic wine flights here and get out there.

You'll find BarChick sipping on the terrace of Sager + Wilde Restaurant, down 'n dirty in our favourite secret den, Cork and Bottle, in our favourite Soho wine hangout 68 and Boston or getting in on the new school at the City's hot new bar Humble Grape. Come play. Or even better ask us to get you booked in. BarChick's your new best mate slash boozing PA and we can get your night out sorted. Say hi.

2. Become a wine snob in one hour

If you're bored of not knowing what grape is what, head to this masterclass and come out a wine know-all. Learn how to decode fancy wine language and actually shop 'cos of the label and not according to Tesco's latest offer.
