Gin cocktails in a Mediterranean-inspired courtyard? F*ck yeah! Transforming the outdoor space at  The Hoxton, the Mediterranean Botanical Garden pop-up delivers summer boozing at it’s finest serving up twists on the classic G&T. Go for the mango and black pepper or olive, thyme, rosemary and basil, and make sure you save room for their crack at the ‘perfect Martini’ too. Get your Vegas hit in East

Taking over Shoreditch’s The Steelyard for one night only, this EC spot is going all Sin City for a Vegas-themed wonderland complete with wedding chapel photo booths, Vegas showgirls and blackjack tables as well as a Confession Box for your naughtiest and funniest tales (best one wins a prize, so don’t hold back people - remember, what happens in  Vegas...). Carousel Presents Ollie Templeton

After the success of their previous guest chef residencies, Carousel are welcoming Ollie Templeton to take over the kitchen this month. Previously the right hand man for other guest chefs at the venue, this is his turn to take the wheel - and he’s smashing it. Having learnt from culinary legends like Bjorn Van Der Horst and Tom Ryalls it’s no surprise everyone’s expecting great things from him and this unique pop up. Lobster Love-In

Prosecco and lobster, Brixton style

This one night only event is serving lobster caught that very morning, now that’s fresh.  The menu includes goodies like grilled scallops with spinach puree, a shared bucket of lobster, mussels, clams and gin and cucumber sorbet to finish you off. Guests get a free glass of Prosecco too! You might have to sit on a table with strangers but remember, sharing is caring. It’s called a love-in, for God’s sake. Cheeky pop up White Men Can’t Jerk are back with their banging blend of Caribbean food, epic parties and all-round great vibes. Get your hands round a Jerk Pork Roll and keep going with Curried Mutton Shepherd’s Pie – this is meat done right. Later, dance your ass off to rare groove and disco beats. Fun, fun times.
