The Best New Bars in London Autumn 2025

Autumn in London is packed with buzzy bar launches that'll make you glad it’s dark at 4pm.

London doesn’t cool down when the leaves drop – it gets hotter. From drop dead gorgeous hotel bars that are worth flexing the plastic for to a rock n' roll dive bar with a Buzz Ball vending machine, it's all here baby.

Eagle Bar at The Chancery Rosewood

Perched high above Grosvenor Square, Eagle Bar is the new jewel in The Chancery Rosewood’s crown. Designed for Mayfair nights that don’t do “low key”, it’s all velvet banquettes and a soundtrack of vinyl spun late into the night.

Cocktails come courtesy of Liana Oster (ex-NoMad) and lean both classic and creative. The Grosvenor Martini is razor-sharp and icy, the Sazerac No. 30 is a nod to the address with Cognac and absinthe, and the Velvet Negroni is as indulgent as it sounds. Pair with wagyu sliders or reuben croquettes and soak up views across Hyde Park.

This is legit. Open daily from 5pm until late.

30 Grosvenor Square, Mayfair, W1K (The Chancery Rosewood)

ECC (Experimental Cocktail Club)

ECC’s getting a glow-up and you better believe it’s going to be worth the tease. Expect the same craft cocktail excellence they’re known for, but with a refreshed space, slick new interiors, and fresh rounds that feel both familiar and slightly rebellious. If you’ve ever loved something ECC served you, this is your chance to fall in love again.

13a Gerrard Street, London W1D 5PS, reopening October 2025

Kamara

Eastern Med meets Soho swagger. From the Brother Marcus crew, Kamara is all pottery, earthy textures and cocktails that mix house-ferments, wild botanicals and Greek spirits. Order a Tuvunu Highball (fig brandy, mountain tea, fig-leaf soda) and let the cave-like interiors swallow you up. Mezze on the side, obviously.

58 Poland Street, Soho, W1F 7NR

The Marlborough

Crisp Pizza’s cult pies just levelled up. Backed by The Devonshire crew and run by Crisp founder Carl McCluskey, this Grade II-listed corner spot is getting the full glow-up: two floors split between a proper wet-led pub upstairs and a 52-seat pizza palace (100 if you count the terrace) downstairs. Mayfair polish meets the city’s most hyped pizza – this one’s gonna be packed.

24 North Audley Street, Mayfair, W1K 6WD, opening October 2025

All My Gods

This one’s built for the weirdos, the rockers, the people who want more grit than glamour. From the Dram crew + burlesque artist Roxy Velvet, All My Gods is a dive bar revival with a vengeance. Matte black walls, murals, a pool table, “Martininator” serving your martinis bone-chillingly cold, a BuzzBallz + White Claw vending machine because why not, and cocktails that don’t judge.

Open Wed & Thu from 5pm-midnight, Fri & Sat 5pm-2am, Sunday til 11pm.

253 Paradise Row, Bethnal Green, E2 9LE

The Little Scarlet Door

Expect house-party energy in a flat-style loft, exposed brick, comfy sofas, shareable food (mezze, toasties), heated courtyard, NYC loft vibes and cocktails inspired by weird DVD covers. Closes around 1am most nights, later weekends.

12-13 Greek Street, Soho, W1D 4DL

Pérola

“Pearl” in Portuguese and 100% mood. Pérola sits on the 15th floor of Art’otel Battersea, serving skyline-cocktails inspired by unique artefacts and flavours that wander between Portuguese flair and global curios: expect theatrical presentation, slick snack-menu crossover from JOIA kitchen, live Latin jazz / DJs nights, and views that make your phone wanna stay out.

Hours: Tue-Wed 6pm-12am, Thu-Fri 6pm-1am, Sat 12pm-1am, Sun 12pm-6pm.
