But what happens when all the parade and sunshine shenanigans are done?! WE PARTY. Plus, it’s the 50th anniversary this year so things are gonna get LOCO.
Not ones to miss out on a party, these boys will have DJs, rum punches and a whole lot of jerk going around. Entry is free before 7 and they aint stopping til 2am.

It's in its 6th year and is proving to be the party of all parties to attend at Carnival. Rodigan will be getting the crowd going, and the drinks will be flowing - party time baby. Firm partiers in Notting Hill, these guys have something each night of the Bank Holiday. We're talking MS Dynamite on the Friday, a pre Carnival day party on the Saturday, Eton Messy on the decks Sunday night and then Benji B from Radio 1 brings his Deviation show on Monday. Nonstop partying, we like their style.

Corsica Studios usually deliver the goods so for their annual Carnival warm up party they weren’t going to slack (you can always rely on Trouble Vision for some serious tunes). Expect a mix of soul, fun and afro. BarChick loves this venue, it always feels like some sort of secret house party so there’s no doubt in our minds that this is gonna be banging! Beats by FunkinEven, Amir Alexandar and Mr Solid Gold.
4-5 Elephant Rd, London SE17 1LB

These cats say “we are the kids your mother told you not to play with, we don’t just bring the party, we are the party”. Good to know, we like what we hear. Not convinced? There will be big beats, horns and free American Apparel giveaways. F*ck yeh, where do we sign?!

They’ve gone a little Carnival crazy with this one – but we ain’t complaining. They’ve got Carnival cocktails, Carnival steel bands, Carnival limbo (yes!), a Carnival psychic, Carnival eats, Carnival balloon animals, Carnival face painting and a Carnival ball pit, bouncy castle AND space hopper… JEEZ. It’s like a kid’s party but BETTER. They also have a fake policeman you can get your photo with – we say twerk him.
