To mark the one year anniversary of the Olympics, Open East Festival will be celebrating the best of London’s street food, producers, chefs and breweries in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. With everything from The Real Food Festival, and the Buccaneers Banquet on the Bridge to a Ten Mile Beer Festival, there’s something for everyone.
Fill your boots with fish dogs, Bhangra burgers, Mamma’s Jerk Chicken, Big Apple Hot Dogs and Pizza Pilgrims, and get inspired by top chefs like Kevin Gratton of Hix and Mark Jarvis of Blueprint Café.
Local breweries within a ten mile radius of the park will be there dishing out pints, so get involved with brews from Meantime Brewery, The Five Point Brewing Company and Crate Brewery amongst others.
Drop the kids off at The Travelling Art Circus and party the weekend away to international music acts on the main music stage (acts include Acid Brass and The Waterboys).
