Following a month travelling and eating their way around Peru, the dons of ceviche are back and dishing up the freshest ceviche this side of Lima at their new month-long pop up at the Imperial Arms.
We’re talking dishes like sea bream with crispy shallots and Sñr’s Tiger’s milk, octopus with passion fruit caviar and salmon tiradito with purple shiso. Delicioso. Raw fish not your thing? No problem, these guys realise there’s more to Peruvian cuisine than ceviche and are plating up a whole lotta fritas, anticuchos and some Dulce de Leche for good measure. Nice.
Could it get any better? Yes. After dinner each night of the pop up they’ll be spinning beats and shaking up some serious Pisco cocktails, transporting you from dining room to cocktail bar before you can say estoy borracho! Expect drinks like the Machu Pisco, made with 1615 Pisco, fresh lime, passion fruit, egg white and Chuncho bitters, Argentinian wines and Cusqueña beer. See you there.
