Working with top chefs, mixologists and DJs, welcome to The Lab, a three night flavour experience at Tobacco Docks kicking off on the 25 April.
We’re pretty excited about this because these guys have got all the biggest names in the world of gourmet innovation. Expect tutorials, master classes, tastings and some wicked surprises from top Brazilian chef, Alex Atala the dude behind D.O.M, Massimo Bottura whose restaurant Osteria Francescana in Italy has been awarded three Michelin Stars and Lars Williams, head of Noma’s research. You’d be mad to miss this line up.
Joining the gang of creators will be Ashley Palmer-Watts from Heston Blumenthal’s Dinner and mega mixologist Tony Conigliaro, the man behind 69 Colebrooke Row.
