Andy Wahloo, hidden below 404 & Derrière, feels like a cocktail party in a 1970s kitsch kitchen meets a Moroccan wedding. Think bright yellow walls, pop art, retro clutter, old Arabic film posters and paint can stools.

Frequently used as a pre/post drinks spot for its sister restaurants, it can get pretty busy, though many stick it out for the night after checking out the menu of North African inspired cocktails and French-influenced mezze plates. People smoke shishas, and when the DJs start, the mosaic dance floor gets crowded.

These guys have a massive booze library, too. If you happen to catch the bartenders on a quiet night (recommended), they'll be more than happy to teach you a thing or too about the more unusual bottles.
