We were told this is the place to be seen. It’s all white and elegant, with huge black and white photos on the walls for auction. Décor is simple and modern with huge baubles dangling from the walls, tall plant pots, large pale sofas (not spillage friendly) and a slick bar along the side that is very inviting.

If you're here to eat then get a seat on the outdoor veranda by the sea… a spot like that can never be beaten.

The cocktail list is long, and the drinks are on the slightly sweeter side of life, but then again, you're in the Caribbean where they like things fruity... and punchy! Drinks are $25 unless you get the Champagne cocktails that come in at $30. We loved the White Sangria, choose from passion peach or mango. Peach was a winner, like a poor man’s Bellini or a boozy Um Bungo…
