Barbie’s is the kind of place you don’t really set out to end up at, but when you do, you immediately want to come back again and again. All kinds of raucous debauchery and tongue-in-cheek naughtiness goes on in here, where the weird and wonderful get down, and the arty, LGBT crowd will give you a night to remember. Or not, if like us, you sink one too many bottled beers.

The cocktails here won’t win any awards, but they’re cheap, cheap, cheap, so you won’t care. Garish pink walls, neon lighting, ex-rated graffiti and Red-Light District style windows come together to give this place a gloriously seedy feel. Plus you can strut your stuff like a queen straight out of the1980s vogue scene. There’ll likely be nudity, there will definitely be outrageousness. So throw on a pair of your loudest heels, apply an extra layer of lippy (you too, girls) this is the place for a party.
