Enter the very grand, high-ceilinged Park Hyatt, walk on through past what you might think is the bar, then turn right. You'll find a sexier, better-lit one. Boom, that's what we're here for. Perch by the windows so you can watch the hectic streets of Saigon while you bliss out, drink in hand. 

As you’ll see from the wine clad walls, there's a lot to choose from. We went for the cocktails, a high-risk option (they’re veritable money-suckers), but it was Happy Hour after all. 50% off can't be scoffed at. Martinis are a safe bet, but it would be a shame not to try the creative Vietnamese-inspired signatures. There's also a load of classy whiskies and imported beer if you enjoy yourself some tipsy taste-tests. 

The waitresses are hospitable and sporting hot biz casual, serving with a smile a mixed crowd of glitzy locals, expats, hotel guests and whoever else can afford the $10-$15 cocktails. If you wanna impress your guest then this place is top for a civilized evening or business drinks... you just can’t go wrong with the sophisticated setting.
