There are nightly DJs who like to bring the party vibes, and Chill have a knack for pulling in stunners, celebs, wealth-flashers and curious travelers to their rooftop bar-lounge-eatery hybrid. Cocktails here won’t blow your socks off, but nonetheless Chill has some good mixes that take Vietnamese and Western ingredients and smash them into some novel sippers sure to raise an eyebrow or at least get an appreciative nod. Easiest way not to get harried by the sometimes pushy staff is get a table with a group and then break off for a sophisticated romp under the smoggy night sky.
