Think homemade pasta, grissini and ricotta. But it's the wine list BarChick is here to sample. It was curated by award-winning sommelier Giorgio de Maria, who was also wine mastermind for the original 121 BC in Sydney (yep, this is a worldwide affair). 

Prepare to get communal and sample wines that range from the biodynamic to macerated kind. The long table running down the centre, along with bar stools lining the walls, makes this a spot where getting to know your neighbour is pretty common. Plain walls and dark walls give it the kinda industrial-chic vibe that we dig. Want to indulge your inner wine geek? Go for the tasting menu with matching flight of two wines per course.
