Liverpool Street’s Andaz Hotel has a hot new wine bar. It's got that sexy lounge kind of vibe, but without the snobbiness - BarChick is all over it.

It’s got a got a mega 160-strong wine list, with bottles from all over the globe (and 18 available by the glass). If you ask nicely, they'll even let you try some before you commit to the 75cl - they're well into wine tasting here.

Peckish? There’s locally sourced cheese boards, from the bar’s cheesemonger neighbours Androuet at Old Spitalfields Market, with wine-cheese pairing suggestions on the menu.

Make friends on the high stools at the communal tasting table, or kick back with your hot date on a comfy sofa. What we love about this place is that it's super laid back - you could almost get away with a kip on the pile of cushions in the corner...
