After you've shopped the rails of Harvey Nics, it's time to drop into Benjamin's Bar for a dram of one of over 100 whiskies. Down in this intimate basement it's all moody blues, sexy lighting and plush leather stools. Feeling baller? They've got a few v. rare bottles on offer, and if you're buying, we'll take the Glengoyne 50-Year-Old, thanks. Prefer your whisky in a cocktail? Rik Patel is the man shaking things up at the bar, and he's created a fly menu using some mad mixology techniques. His Fig Leaf High Ball adds a touch of the Med with his fig leaf cordial; while the Nettle Leaf Negroni offers a clean, earthy take on the classic with his nettle infused gin.
