Meat legends Hawksmoor have brought their award-winning steaks to the water with their latest and greatest restaurant to date.
Hawksmoor Wood Wharf has taken over one of the ultra eco-friendly floating pavilions found in the docks of Canary Wharf (we're talking sustainably sourced timber decking and a wicked green roof planted with wildflowers and grasses to encourage visits from bees and wee beasties) and it's the biggest, baddest and most ambitious space yet. As if they were gonna go understated for their 11th opening, right?
They've dreamt up new dishes for the menu served in the 150-cover restaurant, and then there's The Lowback, a big bustling 120-seat bar with an epic brand new cocktail list. And for the first time ever, outdoor dining is on the cards (when the weather is playing ball). Bring on the meat sweats.
