You'll find PocketSquare riding high at the top of the new Hyatt Place London City East hotel in Whitechapel. If you consider yourself a cocktail conossieur, you might find yourself surprised at some of the flavours coming out of this place. Bar Manager Kristian Smith and his team have designed, created and tailored each recipe in this joint's very own cocktail laboratory. This is where some mad scientist experimentation has resulted in an 8-strong cocktail menu packed with some v. intriguing new flavour profiles not found anywhere else in London. Each serve carries its own unique story. You'll find BarChick engrossed in a glass of Aqua Vita, with its roots in Oscar Wilde’s novel The Picture of Dorian Gray, while we check out the next-level terrace views from Canary Wharf to The Gherkin, and all the city-slicker high-rises inbetween.
