There's not much for us BarChicks around these parts... apart from those rugby boys.

So you'll find us at this hot hangout from The Lost Group, this big bar and restaurant has got a huge, impressive selection of ales and cask, craft and bottled beers plus a mean cocktail list (the clue is in the title). We loved the Beer and Smoke with El Jimador tequila, agave syrup, lime juice and their very own low rider larger top... mmm. This place is huge, with a very long zinc bar, scaffolding planks along the walls as bar shelves, cute seating areas, a fireplace and a load of comfy booths at the back. We say spend all day in here!

Definitely kick around for some munch, the food here is banging, with a wide choice and some serious flavours. Take a seat in the bright red leather booths and take a look. The brunch is great, corned beef hash with poached egg and Hollandaise sauce is the perfect way to start a day/tend to a hangover or better still hit the roasts, choose from a sirloin of beef or a whole chicken for two... AMEN.
