The inspiration for joint comes from local markets, arcades, brewers and distillers, but Ernesto Paiva's keeping it all rooted in his Peruvian heritage by serving up food from the street-carts of Lima - slices of grilled octopus go down easy with a cocktail or 5. Expect drinks to keep you in the party spirit from tequilas and mescals to pisco and cachacas; you know wild nights are in the works.
