We can never get enough rooftop bar action - even in winter. So we're super excited for when Bōkan (which means lighthouse in ye Olde English) opens in January, bringing cocktails and a skyline view to Canary Wharf. Up on the 37th floor, Bōkan will serve up European dishes with a modern British twist - there'll be bar nibbles like oatmeal-dusted chilli squid, charcuterie and cheese tiles or mains like lamb shank and Highland venison pie (a bit of stodge so you don't completely freeze your t*ts off). Sundays - it's all about the bottomless brunch. Boozy + view = winner. Summertime (we're already dreaming about that) there'll be day beds and chill out areas strewn with plush cushions and super-soft blankets (date night = boom).
