If you’re into Ramen then you’re gonna love this place. These guys know a thing or two about boiling bones. Oh and the guy behind it all is Ross Shonhan, former head chef at Zuma and Nobu, nuff said!
Inside this subtle spacious Soho joint is a bunch of communal tables, big open windows and walls lined with Japanese rocker posters. This place is perfect for a quick lunch or even better for a decent dinner.
Order the Tonkotsu Ramen and wash it down with some “Super Creamy Head” aka a pint of Asahi. If you’re looking for something a little harder, then their selection of sake, shochu and Japanese whiskies are well selected. There are a couple of cocktails on the menu, just keep an eye on the jars on the shelf filled with infusions… they’ve got some creative concoctions to come.
