St Katherines Dock is a little like being on holiday. People cruise up and down the walkways and stop for a drink when they want. It’s got little boats, pretty boats and P-Diddy sized sunseekers that people actually live on. It’s like the Med…. But in Tower Hill. Bravas is the best of the dock, the interior is old but new, worn but well done and it does some darn good food and drink.
They’ve got a couple of cocktails on the menu, start with a Bravo with mint, lime, passion fruit, white rum and Cava, then finish with an Expresso Martini. Wine always tastes better on a terrace, order a rose and take it outside but if you want tapas then this is your place. It’s modern, eclectic and none of that sh*t-on-a-stick stuff. We loved the crispy fois gras stuffed quail, the morcilla sliders and the fresh salmon rulada, in fact we loved it all.
Want to brush up on your Spanish? Hit the bathroom where they have it on loud speaker! Bravo Bravas.
