Hidden beneath The Breakfast Club in London Bridge is Call Me Mr Lucky - a debaucherous concrete den that’s all about killer cocktails, bright lanterns, secret alcoves and a hot crowd.

Getting lucky doesn’t always come easy; your first challenge is finding the way in. There’s no Smeg fridge door or secret launderette in this branch so don’t even bother looking, once you’re in The Breakfast Club find a member of staff and tell them ‘I’m here to get lucky’ - next thing you know you’re being led down some stairs, through a kitchen, down a corridor and into this seriously fun bar south of the river.

It just ain't a party without tequila so luckily most of the menu is focussed on the mega Mexican spirit.  This is no ordinary cocktail menu; tequila is getting mixed up with all sorts like coconut water, plum liqueur, black walnut bitters, fresh rocket and peas (true story).  Not a fan of the happy stuff? They cover all the classics too so you won't go thirsty. BarChick left feeling pretty lucky with a belly full of Breakfast Club grub, a new appreciation for rocket leaves and a handful of new mates; one thing’s for sure - we’ll be back.
