As well as 291 rooms, this new design-led hotel is bringing a sick new collection of food and drink destinations to Stratford, and Coupe at Union Social is the venue that's caught BarChick's eye.

Just in time for the Christmas countdown, Coupe at Union Social (the hotel's main dining room on the first floor) is bringing more sparkle to Stratford than a Hatton Garden showroom. Yeah, this is The Gantry’s very own Sparkling Bar, where bubbles are the star of the show. From English Sparkling wines to Hard Seltzers and Spritzes, this place is all about the finest kinda fizz. You'll probably find BarChick sat at the illuminated counter bar sipping on a glass of Champagne (only the best for us) or getting cosy with a sparkling cocktail on the beautiful outdoor terrace.
