We've had some epic times in basement bars - there's something about going underground that brings out our inner hedonist, and we're pretty sure we're not the only ones. So when we heard Morito on Hackney Road was opening a sick new space for live music, killer cocktails and subterranean shenanigans, we were there in a heartbeat. 

Forget any ideas of cold cavernous spaces - this has all the warmth & charm we've come to expect from Mediterranean gem Morito. Royal blue banquettes pop against ochre walls, while the bar is designed to look like the blaze of a setting sun. Holiday vibes, anyone?
