We almost don't wanna tell you about this one. When we're in Soho with a craving for sun-drenched Mediterranean flavours, we hit up Ember Yard. This Spanish-Italian restaurant has everything you could want. A banging wine list, some of the best tapas we've had outside of San Sebastian, and awesome cocktails. The vibe is bustling and buzzy - perch at one of the high benches, get comfy at a wooden table or watch the magic happen with a front-row seat at the open kitchen. Or in summer take it to the streets and people-watch as you feast on burrata and Jamón Ibérico.

When the Vintage Negroni's are this good, you have to start the night with one - there's smoked ice involved guys. Boom. Then move on to their wine list, or get into the spirit with vermouth or sherry. They've got some stellar options so let your imagination run wild. In the evening the exposed-lightbulbs burn low and it's the perfect place to take a date and get to know each other over charred chorizo skewers. Going well? Slip downstairs to the Ember Bar for that Ember & Ash nightcap and keep those fires burning.
