This restaurant-bar fom the Bone Daddies fam serves Nikkei cuisine, which is a sweet cross between Peruvian and Japanese.  For BarChick it's all about the pillowy-soft bao buns that you stuff yourself; there's everything from rabbit katsu to crispy duck leg or miso-grilled aubergine to pick from.  Epic. 

But it’s the Press for Pisco button that we're really here for.  Give it a push and a beautiful vintage bar rolls up to your side to mix you up a Pisco Sour, anything from a straight classic to Shiso and Green Apple.  The novelty might wear off, but probably not until you're a few Piscos down and you won't care that you're a victim to marketing gimmicks.  Not until the bill comes anyway.  

If you're keeping it casual, then just hang at the bar. Flesh & Buns have a sick collection of Japanese Whisky, loads of sake and some whacky exotic cocktails. Order a Yuzu Margarita alongside their fried squid with Japanese pepper for the ultimate Nikkei-but-nice experience.
